we manufacture Piston rings ranging from Dia – 10MM to 300MM for all industrial and automotive applications.

At CROME, all the piston rings are cam turned on world’s best double cam turning machine which is recognized as the compatible process to give correct pressure distribution with the 100% light tightness in the bore.
We have now built up a total quality management system for the whole manufacturing and inspection process. Our products are engineered to precision, accuracy and perfection.

At CROME, available machinery also includes Induction furnace, Profile grinding machines, Auto CNC slotting machines, Honing machines, Double disc grinders, Hard chrome plant, Nitriding furnace and Moly coating plant. We also have an 3PC Oil control ring plant (RIK,NPR,PC design) and CNC machines for OD taper Napier.
We are well equipped with our wide range of special machines for the production of piston rings of all sizes above 140 MM dimension.

CROME, piston rings are used in shock absorbers, hydraulics, two wheelers, passenger cars, jeeps, LCV, heavy commercial vehicles, tractors, compressors, industrial engines, power generation engines, marine engines and heavy earth moving vehicles like Caterpillar, Komatsu & Cummins engines.
We also have india’s largest range of loose piston rings. Ring types include cast and chrome compression rings for four-stroke and two-stroke engines as well as plain oil (single piece cast iron) and multiple piece oil control rings. We also make transmission sealing rings. All rings are available as individual rings or as engine sets.
